Aveeno Active Naturals, How to use it?

Simple question, how to use it, wash my face with warm water, and than apply this creme on the face? Can I apply on the entire face, or just in some spots. Should I do it in the morning or for the night? Is there any point of using Nivea moisturizing creme? And, if I am using this Aveeno, is there any point in using Bacitracin Zinc Ointment USP, if yes when? Please, don't suggest me other products :) Thank You
