When did you first start waxing?

I'm turning 13 this year and I have armpit hair, leg hair, pubic hair...etc. Am I suppose to wax, I mean I love wearing sleeveless tops but I'm a girl so I should be...clean? How often do you wax and do you shave/wax your pubic hair?
