Dry Skin on my Hands?

Whenever the winter comes around, my hands start to crack and become very dry, sometimes even bleed. I wanted to know what the best products are for resolving dry skin? I've tried quite a few lotions or moisturizes already, like aveeno, nivea for men, etc., and have got minimal results. Anyone know any good products, by the way, the price doesn't matter too much?
