For a while now ive been real itchy?

around my breast area and stomach..... i had it in the summer and it stopped i thought it was just the heat but its back a non stop...ive tried putting aveeno anti itch lotion that doesnt help, the only thing was childrens benadryl and that knocks me out and i cant take that everyday! i havent changed anything in my diet or products ive used and the problem still persisted so then i did change the detergent and body was but it didnt change anything... im not sure what it is exactly...you guys have any idea what could be the problem?
