ITCHY dry feet & hands & body!?

MY hands & feet are always itch. Sometimes my face is as itchy as well + parts of my body. I live in area where we have hard water. I don't know what it is but help me please. Sometimes my hands & feet burns as well. I used every lotion. I used Vaseline, corn huskers oil, aveeno, curel, gold bond and other recommended product.
