Little bumps around labia?

I have these small bumbs like at the top of my labia near/under my "mons pubis" i remember them being there for a long time. Im 15 years old still a virgin and i've never had any sexual contact with anyonee EVERR i havent even had my first kiss!!! And now im freaking out :( what could this be? it sometimes itches me and its not from shaving or anything like that:/ im so scaredd:'(((( what could this bee?:(
