Skin ID burning my face?

I only have this problems wit certain pimples/spots. The small tube (acne spot treatment) burns a lot! Why is it doing this? It helped some of my other pimples go away. Now I'm breaking out worse! Is it something I ate? I wash my makeup off with noxzema and apply aveeno facial moisturizer in the mornigns and after putting skin id on in the evenings.
