What is the best diaper rash cream?

hi my baby has the stomach virus and been having the poops really bad and vomiting she was just released from the hospital from dehdration from not keeping anything down. well her butt is very sore the hospital was giving her cream but its not working to good ive tryed vasoline, destin, aveeno, and i just tryed the a&d cream is this good? do you think it will work? or is there something better she is in pain.
