What skin products like wash and acne fighting stuff should I use?

I'm not really sure what type of alibi have I guess combination. It feels oily sometimes and dry sometimes. I have acne and I'm 20 so it's really getting old. I want to buy a face wash, moisturizer, and maybe something to help with blackheads and then acne. I have tons of blackheads on my nose, I've used biore strips, didn't really work. So Amy suggestions? Oh, and I think I would prefer something noncomedegenic, like aveeno or neutragena but what products should I get and when/how should I use them?
