Aveeno shave gel shoots out like a geyser...Normal?

I started using aveeno shave gel for the first time and I was very surprised when I went to dispense some it shot all over the bathroom! Just slightly pressing sends the stuff shooting out at great pressure... Has anyone else experienced this problem?
