Need an eye cream/wrinkle cream?

and I cannot afford the fancy $100 brands that are supposed to be so good...I'm going to have to go for a department store kind of thing (oil of olay, Nutregena, Aveeno...) What department store brands would you reccomend and why? should I go for an eye-cream or a anti-wrinkle night cream or what? I have lost over 80lbs in the last year and while overall I look much better, my face just looks older without my round cheeks to smooth things out:). I am noticing the fine lines particularly under my eyes. And I tend to have very sensative skin, so nothing too harsh. I have to steer clear of any face washes that say "invigorating, refreshing, exfoliating..." because they fry my face. Thanks!
