I have really curly/frizzy hair ?

Okay i love my curls, but their so annoying. I have to wake up every morning early to do my hair. I shower early in the morning and put gel and mouse and hairspray. And i hate it because it takes so much time and especially when its the winter it gets so cold and my hairs wet. And plus my hair has been falling out because of the gel :/ . Is there anything i can put on my hair that makes my curls soft and not frizzy ? I wouldnt mind waking up and showering just as long as i dont have to put so much stuff in my hair.
