How do I ask out a girl at her job?
There is this girl in my home town that works at the local video store. Whenever I am visiting, I always pop in and rent a movie for my folks and see her working. She is always painting or drawing and listening to 'indie' folk music and drinking tea. She is also an alternative girl with long black hair with the side shaved and piercings and tattoos, not to mention very pretty. The problem is, I don't know how to strike up a conversation with her to ask her out. She is always chatting and joking around with the customers, but I never know what to say. I once overheard her on the phone planning to go out for drinks at a pub near by. Should I frequent that bar? Do I ask what music she likes? Help! this girl is not the typical female!
Best lotion for DRY SKIN!!!?
I live in a similar area and the weather and lack of humidity make my skin dry and itchy. Last year I found Alpha Keri bath oil. I don't use it as a bath oil, though, but apply it after a bath or shower-- especially at bedtime. It has a wonderfully subtle, relaxing scent. It's incredibly soothing and leaves your skin soft. I love it!
Evening Out Skin Tone: Ambi or Aveeno?
Okay so I would really like some help with deciding whether to use Ambi Creamy Oil Lotion or Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizing Lotion. Both are used to help even out skin tone which is what I REALLY need. I've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula for a couple years and I don't think it's working for me. It would be nice if you've tried both but I'm not being picky. Thanks for all the advice and help!

Cure for Chapped Hands?
My mom's hands are always "raw" and "chapped." They are especially red around the knuckles. This "rawness" causes a burning of the hands. She has tried almost every product imaginable: Cetaphil, Cera Ve, Aquaphor, Vaseline, Aveeno lotion, Jergens lotion, Olive oil, Baby oil, Johnson & Johnson, etc. In addition, anything with fragrance will make her hands burn even more. Her dermatologist has gone as far as prescribing Tetrix, but that didn't work either. Does anyone have any idea on how to cure her "chapped hands?"

im 17. i never wear makeup And i am covered in blackheads. from my nose to my cheeks to my neck to my shoulders, and chest to my entire back. i don't have much white heads. im hispanic, and i have giant pores. my sister has them to. and i don't think its puberty i went through that at age ten. i don't eat very healthy, and ive tried lots of things (proactive, clinique, neutrogena, aveeno, steam,even herbal soap for blackheads) and everrything seems to dry my skin out. to the point where it hurts to make facial expressions. dermatologists are expensive and most of them dont cover medical. what shoul i do?

I would first remove the new cleanser and see if that helps...if not your skin could be startting to get sensitive or they might be making the products stronger try somthing easier on the face..

Ok. I'm 14 and I shave my underarms daily. I clean them before I go to school with soap and water. I put on secret sport deoderant. I start gym tomorrow (dressing out) (because of the snow so it was delayed) we are wearing GREY. Why do I sweat like this when I shave and wash daily? My mom said something about my dad did it and genetics. Am i allergic to SPF?
last year in the summer, my face burned and stung when i put on suncreen (this just started happening last summer) and if i put water on my face it would burn even more. then i switched to an aveeno sunscreen and it still burned but not as much, the stinging went away after a while. and just recently i bought a moisturizer with SPF in it and it also burns my face but it doesnt hurt too much. am i allergic? should i see a dermatologist or a doctor?

Really dry skin around mouth?
Just a couple months ago, I started to notice that my area around my lips was getting dry. For the last two months I've had really dry skin around my lips. It gets really flaky and looks really weird. I have school like all day too, so i can't really do too much during that time. I used to lick my lips but ive stopped this last week and it still wont go away. I've used cocoa butter, aveeno, and different moisterizers including a type of chapstick. It helps for maybe a couple hours, but it gradually gets really flaky again. In the morning they look perfectly normal, but later in the day they start to become really dry. Is there anything I can do to cure this?

I don't know why you were "prescribed" that since you can buy it at the store, but you should leave it on all day. Put it on in the morning after washing your face.

Okay i love my curls, but their so annoying. I have to wake up every morning early to do my hair. I shower early in the morning and put gel and mouse and hairspray. And i hate it because it takes so much time and especially when its the winter it gets so cold and my hairs wet. And plus my hair has been falling out because of the gel :/ . Why did people always call me gay...?
In middle school and high school? I am a college sophomore, but I haven't been able to get over it. It still sticks with me. Whenever I do anything, I have to ask myself if it would look gay or not. I mean, I did that in high school too, but no matter what I did, people always called me gay and homo. I'm not even gay nor did I wear or do anything that would give people the wrong idea. On Halloween in 11th grade, people from my bus even shaving creamed "You're Gay" on the side of my house. I honestly don't even know for sure who did it. I am speculating. There was this one kid in my grade that was on my bus that would always yell out gay or homo as I was getting off the bus. I can understand why a gay person would be getting this kind of abuse from mean people, but I didn't even do anything to make people think I was gay. People would always start laughing and there were other people in my grade as well on the bus that knew about it. I live in an upscale neighborhood and people talk a lot here, so I can only imagine what they say at school. I didn't say anything cause the kid was in a group of five kids, they never said anything, but they were pretty tough guys so I didn't mess with them. It was so embarrassing that sometimes the bus driver would say like "knock it off". They naturally didn't listen and kept at it the next days. The abuse on the bus was mostly because of my dad though because he tricked me and my mom into getting the exterior of the house done in somewhat "bright" colors. He knew how it would look, while we had a completely different color in our minds, but he just wanted to prove that we couldn't do anything. He is just an evil man. I do not want to get into that right now. Why did people call me gay? I would honestly like to get in touch with all the hundreds of people that did call me gay and find out why because if I don't know, it means I might still be doing those things that most people think are homosexual.

I have thick leg hair so when i shave, there's little black hair dots left. How can i make it thinner or barely noticeable? How do I shave my bikini area properly?
Basically, at first I always used to only shave in the direction that the hair was growing, which I know you don't do usually, and which resulted in stubble - but when I tried to shave the opposite way, I got cuts, redness and ingrown hairs galore. I don't know what I'm doing wrong - I looked it up and did everything that people seemed to suggest - shaving gel, new razor head (venus) pulling the skin taught, shaving back the other way to reset the hairs, moisturizing afterwards, but nothing helps! What am I doing wrong?!

What's good for getting the bikini area clean?
I wana be completely hairless. I shave, but it's so annoying and you can get every hair. I want to get a bikini wax but i'm afraid of it hurting bad. I don't have a very high pain tollerence, also it might be a bit ackward for me. I'm 15 and still immature don't judge, (:. Any advice on hair removal stuff? Or anything really. I had the same problem at your age and i have an oily forehead and dry mouth area. Try not to use to many different brands. Stick to only one because to many brands are bad for your skin. But if I had to pick one use all Aveeno products they are gentle and effective. :)

it sounds like you have combination skin on your face and dry skin on your body. switching the products you use may be the answer. just always use a gentle cleanser twice daily with a light moisturizer to follow. and try using body lotion for your legs. and chapstick for your lips.

it sounds like a blackhead or an ingrown hair (yes, you can get ingrowns occasionally, even if you don't shave.) you can try to pop it, just do it gently.

That's perfectly fine. Although when talking to my dermatologist, she told me Clinique's moisturizers are actually quite bad for acne. Not sure if it's true, and if so it may not be the case for you, everyone's skin is different. I use an Aveeno moisturizer with SPF 30. I like it a lot. I think it's the ultra-calming one. Best of luck! And yes, sunscreen is very important. (Especially if you're 2 shades away from being albino such as myself :))

Exfoliate once a week, use it as a cleanser and moisturizer. By the way, I feel the L'oreal infallible foundation is too try for my skin.it holds up not very well. I have shaved down there for many years but for other reasons lol. Everybody does it and yes, my mom knows and she doesn't care. It does grow back really fast so don't worry. When you do shave, shave the way that the hair grows, not against it, it will work better that way.
What is this strange rash?
I thought I had ringworm, however, its been several months and my son and my husband have not got it. Some patches are circular and some are just patchy. I used an antifungal ointment for a while. It didnt seem to help much, so know I just keep it moisturized with Aveeno. The hot shower only flares it up and makes it more red and helps it spread. The strangest thing about these rashes, is that once the dry patchy areas go away, (after about 2 weeks), that area of the skin appears to be white. As if my skin was bleached. Any ideas????

I've only used the aveeno, which does work but it's not amazing or anything..I used to kinda be in the same position with my hair and personally i'd recommend you to try the joico k-pak, which is a reconstructing system. The shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask are the best! I use the mask once a week with a reg.washing every 2 days. You will be able to tell a difference in your hair almost immediately! If you do any styling..especially while your hair is the way you say it is.. you NEED a heat protectant! Right after a wash I use the Chi silk infusion serum on my ends and then apply Chi karatin mist all over my head. (The keratin also helps your hair grow and become stronger!) Before I straighten or style I always apply Chi 45 iron guard which helps protect it from heat as well. Also remember you need to be healthy for your hair to be healthy..so lots of water, exercise, and a good diet play a big part! Taking a multivitamin or prenatal vitamin would be a good idea as well to help jumpstart the growth. Hope this helps you!! :)

Razor bumps on top and on sides of vaginal/bikini area?
I DON'T have an STD so that's not it. Im 16 and i've been shaving for a few years and I've been having this problem for almost four years now. I'm dark skined, so it looks worse to me or anyone period. And yes I know it does come from shaving and ingrown hairs, but my question is, will the bumps go away and the scars go away, the bumps on top fade away but the ones on the side never seem to go away. I have senstive skin and the bumps itch after i shave (i think because they might be dry and not properly mosterized) & I've gone to the doctor and he gave me bleaching cream but i'm not seeing any fading in the discoloration and i got it back in August. So I'm asking for detail and information on the bumps, the scars and will they ever go away. And what to do about them because now I can't even wear a bikini without feeling embrassed. please and thank you :)
I have really itchy skin?
Im 22. I wash regularly twice a day with Dove soap but my back and legs are always itchy and my back in beginning to become dark because of all the scratching. It looks like I've been burned. I've used aveeno soap b4 unscented. It didn't work for me I was still itchy! I feel like I have chicken pots or something! Does any1 know what I can do???

Why does my skin look nasty after washing it?
first of all , when you take off makeup, your skin is going to look different. you are going to see imperfections that your makeup hides if you use concealer or cover-up or anything along those lines. When you put hot water on your face, it opens up your pores. Pores are small openings or empty space in ( in this case, your skin ) where sometimes dirt and natural oils can get stuck and that is how you get pimples and other imperfections. This explains why you should wash your face using hot water. The hot water opens up the pores on your skin and allows whatever cream or wash you're using to clean out your pores and remove imperfections. This washing out of the pores makes your face appear different. (not too different, but a little). Your skin will get red because you are rubbing it, and cleaning it. and its getting hot form the hot water. You may be allergic to one of the ingredients in your wash, in that case you should consider switching.

What's causing my sudden acne...?
Alright, so my breakouts started around late October, right when it started getting cold, it wasn't bad and mainly just a few spots on my forehead, I bought the clinique 3 step system for oily skin, and within a week my skin was about 3 times worse, I kept using it thinking it was gonna get better, it didn't so I stopped after about 3 weeks, it made it extremely dry, so I went back to washing my face twice a day with aveeno foaming cleanse, for about 2 weeks, my skin was still dried out and flaky, so then I switched to aveeno at night, and a gel cleanser in the morning, I also tried a new toner along with that, now I'm washing my face once a day with aveeno's foaming cleanser, my skin is still extremly dry and broken out, is it the weather or the products I'm using...?
Part of my hair takes longer to dry than the rest?
I have shoulder length hair and when I wash it, the back right of my hair kinda goes a bit hard to touch as though I've put gel in it. I don't use anything in my hair except shampoo, any ideas what it is? Also the hard part takes longer to dry than the rest.

How to prevent acne on pale skin?
Stop using Neutrogena. I use to use it until I got Tea Tree products from The Body Shop, I have the facial cleanser,toner,night gel,Tea Tree cleansing whipes and just Tea Tree oil. I'm really pale and had lots of small pimples on my cheek and around my chin and since I got it(christmas) I have barely any blemishes.

Aveeno is great!!! If you are really concerned about your skin and your willing to pay a little more i would also recommend Roc. Its great for extremely dry to dry skin types!

Any brand can claim their product to defy age because any moisturizer will smooth skin and protect it, giving a younger look. You can go ahead and use the cream but really any good moisturizer that is eye-safe will do the same.

Aveeno products are amazing. I have extremely dry skin and i use the daily moisturizer body lotion and soap that go together. They also make facial cremes that work wonders as well. especially the one that lighten skins redness and irritation.

I have thick curly hair but with pretty large curls. I used to used gel which was harsh on my hair and switched to using leave in conditioner then spraying pantene spray for hold. I am 23, overweight female with a very pretty face. My boyfriend is very sweet and loving to me, he treats me very well. He is very convincing and talks me into things that I do not like. I'm going to try out this Dazzle White brand teeth whitening gel tonight and on the label it says you shouldnt swallow any of it. But what if I use it and theres still some residue or something in my mouth after I rinse it out and I swallow the residue? Please help people tell me things like this have bleaches inside them that harm your body and I want to know if I should be careful or what should I do? ? ? ? ? :(
4 month old continuously scratching self?
My 4 month old son has eczema. I keep it under control pretty well for the most part. I also trim his nails every 2-3 days. Yet he still manages to scratch himself so badly it looks like he got attacked by a cat! No matter how often I trim his little fingernails he can still manage to scratch himself and sometimes it bleeds. I'm assuming he does it because maybe his skin itches from having eczema? But even when he's not having a flare up (which he pretty much never has them anymore) he still just scratches and scratches. His scalp is the worse! I moisturize his scalp twice a day with Aveeno for babies to keep it from getting dry and itchy but he scratches it and it looks terrible. He use to wear mittens but for the past month he pulls them right off so he can suck on his fingers and of course scratch. I hate taking him out in public because I'm so afraid someone will think I'm a bad mom. Any suggestions? I'm at a loss :(

Makeup questions please help!!!?
Mascara needs to be changed once every 2-3 months. Yes you should definitely throw yours away! Yes it is fine to use concealer under your eyes, just don't use to much. I would use tinted moisturizer if you have dry skin, and because you are quite young, foundation may give you spots and it doesn't look nice either. You don't need translucent powder, remember you have lovely young skin so try to use as little products as possible. Tinted moisturizer, just put a little on your finger and gently rub it all over your face, mix a little with concealer to cover any blemishes. I need help with a hair style...?
Im a guy with dark dark brown pretty much black hair. My hair is really straight and fluffy especially when i get out of the shower or if I am sweating and it gets wet or damp. Oily yet dry skin on face?
My skin is very oily, i really hope its because of puberty (im 16) becuase i eat healthy and drink lots of water. hey! No it does not! I have real sensitive skin and get acne sometimes to, this is the only moisturizer I use and it has NEVER clogged my pores, its fragrance free and has oatmeal which helps with redness. It literally lasts all day, which is good because your skin never feels dry or prodces as much oils to compensate for the loss.

Itchiness all over! What should I do?
About 3 weeks ago I started itching all over with no apparent reason. Its an itch that has affected every part of my body-soles of my feet, hands, even my tongue. I get very red when I itch, too, and the itching usually lasts all day but gets worse at night and first thing in the morning. It also gets worse when I shower. There's no rash, just redness when I itch. I don't have dry skin, or any food allergies that I know of. I haven't changed my detergent in a while, but I stopped using dryer sheets and that didn't help. I've changed my bedding a few times, didn't help. I've tried aveeno products and Benadryl, and neither have helped. What's the next step? I would rather not go to the doctor...is there anything else that I can try to get rid of this itchiness?

well, I've never been one for foundation when I was that age, but everyone is different. But I think that what you have is perfect for your age. You keep it light, and you keep it natural, which is good. I don't think that is too much. I wore that minus the foundation when i was your age.

Does anyone know of any good moisturizers for oily skin?
I have oily skin which sucks lol cuz its hard for me to keep the shine away. I use an acne cleanser, and witch hazel as my toner. The only thing I need is to find a good moisturizer for my skin because even though its oily, believe it or not, it still gets dry sometimes. I've used Biore, Cetaphil, Olay, Purpose, Neutrogena (which i hated) and I tried the L'oreal active daily moisture which was super sticky and disgusting. I haven't tried Aveeno's facial moisturizers because I heard they were greasy. Right now i'm using Neutrogena's Oil-free spf 15 moisture but i think it has to be the greasiest moisturizer I have ever used. Its gross. But anyway, if anyone has oily skin like me and a good skincare routine that they would like to share with me then please let me know what you use :) I'm only 20 so I don't use any anti aging products just in case you recommend that for me. And also please let me know of a good moisturizer if you know of any!! Thanks!
Why does cocaine make your stomach hurt?
My friend tried some cocaine yesterday and she really liked it, I wouldn't do any with her because I've seen what it does to people and I couldn't talk her out of it. She didn't do very much, I guess like 6 little lines. She did some more today, she said only 3 this time but now her stomach hurts?! Obviously she shouldn't do stupid drugs. Is it the cocaine that made it hurt? I licked just a little because she said it makes you feel numb like oral gel but it tasted really gross and my tounge was only numb for like 15 minutes so I'm guessing it wasn't very pure? Idk much about drugs.

Alright at night I use: aveeno clear complexion foaming wash, clean and clear persa gel ( 10 percent benzoyl peroxide) over my entire face, curel lotion, then clearisil rapid action treatment gel on spots. In the morning I use: wash my face with cool water, apply clearisil rapid action gel over entire face, then curel lotion none of this seems to be helping me, are all these products just irritating my skin?

If there's cottage cheese-like discharge (which doesn't smell) then it's not a yeast infection. I don't think it's a UTI, either, because those things burn! Basically, at first I always used to only shave in the direction that the hair was growing, which I know you don't do usually, and which resulted in stubble - but when I tried to shave the opposite way, I got cuts, redness and ingrown hairs galore. Mixing acne washes didn't really work for me. Some of the ingredients can counteract and result in small breakouts. If you use more than one product, it should be hours a part. Like one in the morning and one in the evening. But don't incorporate another product midday.

Is it OK to use regular conditioner on a one year old's hair?
Our 1 year old son has dry hair, which is worse in the cold dry winter air. (He also has eczema which is a related condition.) It is particularly noticeable on the back of his head. How do I get rid of acne?!?
Well all through middle school I got pimples on my forehead every once in a while but now Im in high school and I'm breaking out EVERYWHERE. They aren't itchy and are VERY tiny. The size of the period at the end of this sentence. But they have been coming every year once or twice a year since 3 years ago. About one or two years ago, my face has also become chronically itchy although no pimples appear. I had been using Aveeno cleanser for years and I thought maybe that was the cause (the salicylic acid) so I tried two different cleansers -- Clean and Clear for sensitive skin and Olay. I still have an itchy face and the pimples haven't been going away for a week. When I went to my dertmotologist about the pimples, he said that the cause was simply dry skin. He gave my a cream that I use but it isn't helping! Suggestions please! I almost NEVER get pimples or acne so I really hate it when this happens. And it's not even pimples, it's almost a rash.

well i have a similar problem as you, my hair is very similar. to keep it manageable i used to use herbal essances tousle me softly totally twisted mouse, and that worked well and i wud use an anti frizz serum when my hair was damp. one thing u cud try is a diffuser hair dryer attachment, but the one thing i did that saved me hair and now i can just let it dry and know it looks great is i got the brazilian blowout keratin treatment. it does not eliminate ur pretty curls but it takes all the puffyness and frizz away! you can blow dry ut hair straight with a round brush with ease or let it air dry and have pretty waves with absolutely no frizz or puff at all! it was a lifesaver!

Advice for my skin care routine?
Okay, so I'm using up my cleanser and toner which is the tea tree line from the body shop. I also use the exfoliating scrub and moisturizer from the line too. It was okay, but I don't want to continue it because it's not really effective for my skin I guess, when I use it it feels soft and clean, but I would still get breakouts now and than. I've already tried aveeno, and neutrogena but those didn't do wonders either. I get breakouts in my T-zone, my nose, skin around nose area, but not my forehead. I used to have super clear skin and now all of a sudden ive got nasty *** break out zits and nasty *** acne scars and oily skin lol idk what the hell happened. is it lack of exercise? i love water and hot tea also so im always flushing my system out but i love caffeine, i use Aveeno clear complexion foaming cleanser in the morning and night. i ove fruit and veggies so idk if its my diet and i havent been wearing makeup latley or sleeping with it on if i wear it. can anyone please give me tips and what not on getting my awsome skin back please? p.s ive also been getting chapped lips alot but im useing chapstick and its not doing much of a help. thanks a mill!
Is this razor burn? heeelp!?
i just walked into the bathroom and my arms are red .. i shave my arms every few days, so this isn't my first time shaving them ... it's all red and hurts/burns like crazy! some of it is shaped as lines (looks like scratches) ... i use a dry razor if i'm just quickly doing it so i think it's from the razor, is it razor burn? i put calamine on it to stop irritation but how can i make it go away ... ? thanks.

lol dude im 18 and all im getting is a faint mustache, and just recently i got my first chin hair, im a slow grower and ur a quick one. basically if you shave your mustache and all that, itll grow back, it will def. not stunt its growth. itll grow faster than it did the first time. but shaving it will possibly make it grow in even, since u said its growing in bizarrely, i imagine its pretty un even. lol your mom wont be dissapointed, bt id ask good old dad.
ITCHY dry feet & hands & body!?
MY hands & feet are always itch. Sometimes my face is as itchy as well + parts of my body. I live in area where we have hard water. I don't know what it is but help me please. Sometimes my hands & feet burns as well. I used every lotion. I used Vaseline, corn huskers oil, aveeno, curel, gold bond and other recommended product.

What skin products like wash and acne fighting stuff should I use?
I'm not really sure what type of alibi have I guess combination. It feels oily sometimes and dry sometimes. I have acne and I'm 20 so it's really getting old. I want to buy a face wash, moisturizer, and maybe something to help with blackheads and then acne. I have tons of blackheads on my nose, I've used biore strips, didn't really work. So Amy suggestions? Oh, and I think I would prefer something noncomedegenic, like aveeno or neutragena but what products should I get and when/how should I use them?
Good Aveeno moisturizers for dry skin? would using a regular body lotion be fine?
Ok it's winter time, and during winter I get severely dry skin on my face. I use Aveeno Ultra-calming Daily moisturizer and it works quite well it's not greasy and soothes my dry skin. I ran out of the product and was thinking of trying something new but I still want to stick with Aveeno any recommendations, maybe something better for dry skin? When I ran out of it, I was digging through my cabinet for something to use, and I found this old product of theirs that has really improved the tone of my skin and smoothed my skin dramatically but I may only use it at night cause it's not much help with my dry skin (Aveeno Positively Smooth Facial Moisturizer). So when I wear it under makeup my skin is still a bit dry. Would using a body lotion work like a moisturizer on my face, it's this Neutrogena skin smoothing body lotion meant for bumps/dryness I use it sometimes on my arms cause I've had these little flesh colored bumps on my arms, my brother and some of my cousins have them too, ever since we were kids.

Why doesn't a Cortisone shot plus Prednisone - Zyrtec and Benadryl not help me with my Sulfa allergy?
I began a medication (400mg a day) on the 28th of Dec.and when I woke up on Jan. 10th I had red spots all over my chest and underarm areas. I checked the drug on-line and learned that it had sulfa in it. When I woke up the next day it was worse so the doc gave me a cortisone shot and told me to take benadryl, to discontinue the medicine and to take Aveeno Oatmeal baths. Two days later it's worse, the spots cover more of my body including face and eyelids. The doc prescribed a regimen of Prednisone and for me to switch from Benadryl to Zyrtec for the itching. NOTHING HELPS. It is now Saturday the 15th and it's even worse. The palms of my hands, ears and scalp are now covered and I also have a sinus infection that the doctor can't treat. I am at wits end and wish I could just come out of my skin. Do you have any suggestions? Could the Prednisone and Zyrtec be doing the opposite to me - making it worse - or does it have to get worse to get better?
Dry, itchy skin but no irritation?
So I guess there is something about THIS winter but my legs have been extremely dry, especially if I havent shaved them. I exfoliate and moisturize, but no matter what I use my legs are dry a couple hours later. I have used nivea lotion which is really thick but my legs were eventually dry again. I tried oil along with nivea. Still didnt work. I have tried shea butter alone and with oil but i keep getting the same result. The stuff i put on my legs make them soft but they do not actually moisturize them. Before this winter I could put just lotion, or just oil on my legs and they would be fine but nothing works anymore. Any Suggestions?
Should I do a brazilian wax?
I have not waxed continuously for a while, i've actually just been shaving but i want it to be totally bare in about 2 weeks. i'm just worried because i dont want to get any ingrown hairs or irritation after the fact and im not sure when i should wax if i want it to be hairless in two weeks. Which moisturizer and mascara should i get?!?
I am a huge Cetaphil fan, I think it works terrific for dry skin. As for mascara, I'm not sure. It sounds like both of those are to help with lash growth, which I've never experimented with. I would look up "product reviews" or go on Make up Alley and read reviews there!

No it doesn't. Think of how small a crab is, they ARE visible, but think again of how small their clamps are. When you shave there is always a stubble. It is never babies bottom SMOOTH. They can still hang on to those little stubble. The best remedy I was ever told of that is very inexpensive is Kerosene. Put it on for 10 minutes wash it off do it again wash it off. No more crabs!

I recommend Garnier Nutritionisste Lightweight Facial Moisturizer. It has SPF 15 but is really protective. Another one would be Oil Of Olay Age Defying Protective Renewal Lotion personally all Olay products make my skin oily but it you have dry or normal skin that would be fine. They are both super great though!

You might end up irritating your skin, don't forget stress will make you break out again kind of like too much rubbing while cleaning it. The cream, has concentrated amounts of benzoyl to intentionally dry out what it touches; nuff said?

For a while now ive been real itchy?

You can absolutely use breastmilk! A lot of of people use it on babies' diaper rashes, too, I hear it works great. One thing I've found works well on little ones' sensitive, dry patches is Aquaphor. It heals and moisturizes EVERYTHING! Good luck!
What works best for body rashes.?
I began developing this body rash 5 day ago and I am on my 6th day and the rash is getting worst. If i continuously to scratch my palms or the bottom of my feet it will start to develop huge blisters. I tried using a bar of aveeno soap then after that i use the aveeno lotion to calm the itching down and a few mins later i used one liquid capsule of benadryl every 4hrs. I don't know if I'm not suppose to use the liquid capsules of benadryl or if I'm not suppose to use Aveeno in a form of a bar of soap as oppose to Aveeno in packets containing oatmeal. Its just that when i wake up in the morning i see the rash spreading and getting worst. Having reacquiring dreams that are getting worse.?
I can't remember every detail, but some things stick out. Last night was the worst one yet. I shaved five peoples heads with a knife. Close enough to where their scalp was bleeding. I cut ones thought, stabbed the other in the stomach, twisted knife until he bled out after removing it. The others I just beat then and stabbed to death. After going in some woods and hiding the bodies my wolves came and licked the blood off me.I knew two of these people, the others I didn't. The reoccurring thing is that I am getting attacked by large cioties, but always a pack of large black wolves with bright amber eyes come and help me fight them off. Sometimes their is black panthers their as well watching. Last knight one of the panthers neck and head stretched out like a snake and tried to bite me but one of the wolves killed it. Also something that always happens is at the end of the dream I see planets and stars in the sky that start to cluster together making a symbol and then moving to make others. I can't tell what these things are though, some look like a language I don't know and some I just can't make out. If i wake up and go back to sleep it all just happens again. I am getting more and more cogitated each day. I made my girlfriend sleep upstairs tonight, I am afraid I might heart her.

When it comes in contact with skin, a certain enzyme in skin breaks down the hydrogen peroxide so it's no longer harmful. It can clear up bacteria. So, yes, it can work for your skin, but rubbing alcohol is a better alternative, because not only is it anti-bacterial, it also will dry up the acne.

Can you use regular lotion on your face?
normally no not if you have oily skin, because most regular lotion is not oil-free and designed for oily skin on the face (but fine on the body)..if you dont have oily skin, I would say it is fine as long as it works for you...but when you get a certain age, you want to invest in some face moisturizers because they contain stuff focused on the needs of your face...but yes it will break you out if you are acne prone, most likely, or make you oily if you are oily..because even with a face moisturizer, there is no guarantee! It is all just trial and error...good luck(the only exception would be in AN AREA where you are using a strong prescription product causing that area to uncharacteristically dry out a lot, then any moisturizer will do because it just needs to be moisturized! But ONLY in that one area)
Don't know how to get rid of embarassing razor bumps, affecting sex life? ):?
I've been shaving my pubic area for about 2 years now and been dealing with ugly, discolored and dark razor bumps around my bikini area and on top of the vagina. I'm really self contious about it and am not comfortable with having sex with the lights on with my boyfriend.): ugh it's affecting my self esteem more than I thought it ever would. Skin ID burning my face?
I only have this problems wit certain pimples/spots. The small tube (acne spot treatment) burns a lot! Why is it doing this? It helped some of my other pimples go away. Now I'm breaking out worse! How can I treat dryness and redness around my nose?
I have bumpy/dry/red skin patches on both sides on my nose by my nostrils. I used Aveeno face wash every night to remove make-up and then use Ponds moisturizer on my face and I use it in the morning before my foundation. But after I apply my concealer to that spot and then liquid foundation all over my face, the redness goes away but it's all bumpy and weird textured, and then throughout the day I'll look and it'll be all dry-looking in that area and weird. Anyone have good products or tricks?

I had a problem similar to this, I went to a dermatologist to help. I tried using Cetaphil wash and i tried using some topical creams, though you need a prescription for those. I use a Cetaphil moisturizer for when my skin becomes a little dry. You may want to buy some oil removing sheets which you can buy at any pharmacy. Hope this helps

Does my skin care routine sound ok?
sometimes acnes just gonna happen no matter what type products you use or how you use them. idk if lancome foundation clogs yoru pore but you can always switch and try something different there. i do know that coconut oil clogs your pore even if it's expensive and organic. try a light moisturizer instead like clinique's. eye makeup remover isnt necessary btw so i would save yoru money and just use regular baby oil or creamy make up remover. try switching scrubs to baking soda too; be gentle with it and mix it with a paste and use it as a mask and exfoliator.
Losing feeling in my face?
I woke up this morning and my cheeks are difficult to feel, like MUCH less sensitive than say my forehead or any other part of my body. I can't still feel them, though. This started on my nose. I use lots of different acne and general skin irritation treatments, like Clear & Clear sensitive skin astringent, hydrocortisone, other ones, Clear & Clear spot treatment, Aveeno lotion, and i wash my face with Cetaphil everyday. Could this be a part of it? What do i do? Is this serious? Because i was reading online and it say that it was early symptons of MS! :( My family doesn't have a history of MS though, just heart trouble and diabetes. And bad skin. Could it be a pinched nerve? The only thing that has worked was the sudo cream, but then the spots came back again, and I have a few spots on my chest and it puts a damper on me wearing proper tops, I hide under jumpers. ive heard of people getting hives due to stress, they werent able to take anything, they were told to just let it run its course..... and they werent preggo , seems like you may be experiencing the same ... try not to stress about them nor the pregnancy and they will probably go away before ya know it! good luck i hope this helped a lil

How can I prevent cat litter boxes from tipping?
I'm now using wood shaving type litter in my litter boxes. I've encountered an unexpected problem - when the cats step out of the boxes with the wood shaving litter, the litter boxes tilt and spill much of the contents out onto the floor because the sawdust is so light compared to the clay pellet style litter. Is there any way to prevent the boxes from tipping up?
I get red bumps on my face and back that itch. What is it?
I also get them on my scalp. I first started getting them on my scalp and went to the doctor and they cut one off and tested it and didn't know what they were. Now I get them on my scalp, face and back. They look like a bug bite or hives. I thought it was coming from stress but even when I don't feel stressed they still come. I have tried benedryl gel on my face but it only works for the itch for short period of time. They itch so bad sometimes I itch them to the point where they turn into sores. Please tell me what they are and what I can use to get rid of them permanently.

Bikini burrrn question pleaase help!!?
So I shaved tonight and I'm bleeding and have scabs now in like a few places on my bikini area. The skin above my vagina and the inside of my thighs. I have bikini burn! How do I get rid of this and get the scabs away?

Not allowed to wax my legs, help?
Okay, well I have very visible leg hair and I have caught numerous people staring at my legs. Once when I was in 7th grade, one of my friends told me to shave my legs. I wasn't too happy when she said that because it made me feel really self conscious. After that I asked my parents if I could wax my legs, their answer....no. I tried asking them if I could try other ways to remove my leg hair but they still replied with a no, again. The reason being is because they think if I remove my leg hair it causes the legs to become weaker. I told them that mostly everyone I know either wax or shaves their legs and they think I'm lying just because they don't know anyone who does. I'm now in 10th grade and they still won't let me. I've told them how self conscious I feel about it but it’s the same answer "you don't have any hair on your legs (when I actually do), there fine." I tried asking my aunt to persuade my parents but she also said it’s bad for your legs. Any ideas how to persuade them?

Which Skin Products should I use? Biore, Aveeno, St. Ives or Neutrogena?
At night when I wash my face I use Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub, and in the morning I use Noxema Original Deep Cleansing Cream. Both are available at pretty much all drug stores. I absolutely love them both! For a spot treatment I have a prescription but I think that Proactive's refining mask is AMAZING, works just as good if not better than my prescription. I have exactly the same problem ! The thing that helped improve mine most was by using moisturisers after washing hands. And I got some gloves from a shop called lush in England, wear you apply any moisturiser you like and then wear the gloves over night, and these gave me better results than the aloe vera gloves. Also wearing gloves in the winter. hope this helps.
I'm 13 and I think I'm depressed?
Well, last year my mom was diagnosed with cancer. This year, I lost my best friend and I'm always made fun of. ALWAYS. Whether it's my pimples, or my ''mustache'' which I don't have, and my ''armpit hair''. Ok, that's not my fault Hah. I developed early and I shave now :) Even some of my so called friends mmake fun of my pimples, and alot of people call me many other names. What did I ever do to deserve this? I'm always afraid to go to school because I'm afraid one of the kids will create an ''awkard moment'' between me and that girl and she will beat me to it and I'll keep being made fun of. How do i handle my 17 disrespectful stepdaughter who just came to live with us about 2 years ago.?
2 years ago my husbands daughter came to live with us. this was hard enough as it was having her move in but it was also the first time my husband had seen his daughter in 14 years. she was a troubled child living with mom and stepdad. she thought that coming to live with dad would be all roses. she has no respect at all for my husband and it is worse with me. she has a mouth on her like a truck driver, she lies about anything and everything. she is supposed to be a senior however she still needs 11 more credits which comes out to still another year and a half. she turns 18 in july and quite frankly i want her out. she just shaved off half of her hair and thinks she can go get a job in a local casino as a bus person. i can't see anyone hiring her except a tatoo shop! she and i recently had our worst argument yet. of course it is when my husband is gone. it always is about trivial stuff. for the most part it is her defiance and lack of regard for house rules and chores. when i try to explain that when she does stuff half a--ed it isn't going to fly. rules and chores are expected to be followed and done properly. and trust and believe she doesn't have much to do when it comes to chores. anyway because i had to tell her about finishing the kitchen she of course said she was done and that i am being a ***** and adding more things for her to do. words were exchanged and then she pushed me. she is quite a bit taller than i, and quite frankly i have no doubt in my mind that she could do bodily harm to me. my husband is a good father and trys very hard under the circumstances in which she came to us. he is open with her and she still lies about everything. the way she talks to me and curses at me really makes me feel as though i have lost control in my home. as it is right now, she and i have not spoken i a week. i wrote her a letter after the last argument and basically told her that this was the last time i would be treated like. arguments with her in the past have ended in a bad exchange of words then an hour or two later she acts as though nothing happened. this was the final straw. it is very tense around here and i don't like to be in the house alone with her. what kind of way is that to live? am i wrong for wanting to kick her out when she turns 18? she told my husband that she plans to leave on her birthday. so he then said well thats okay cause your out of here anyway. better make arrangements. honestly i am so scared that we are going to be stuck with her forever!!! she has no clue as to where or what she wants in life. college is out of the question since she can barely handle high school. we were thinking on the military. please advise......i could use any and all advice

Drinking large amounts of water will certainly help with the acne, but you should keep using the moisturizer for the flaking. Try drinking about a litre daily (that's a laaarge glass of water.... I think it translates into 34fl oz?). The acne should calm down dramatically if you drink a lot of water... it worked for me almost instantaneously :)

take hydrogen peroxide and mix it half w/ water. rub some on for 5 min. before a shower. do it a 2-3 times a week.no more. dont b impatient and use a ton or leave it on too long. if rash occurs stop doing it.
